It’s been a whirlwind of a year (to say the least), but the team here at Auto Depot Sudbury considers 2020 anything but a wash! We’ve welcomed countless new customers to the Auto Depot family, reconnected with old friends, swooned over seriously cool cars, introduced a 100% online car-buying system to adapt with our changing world, and even given away cold hard cash. We are infinitely proud of where we’ve come and where we’re going, and we are honoured to share it all with our friends from across the Greater Sudbury Area. We’d like to take a quick look back on our 2020 highlight reel, and remember the moments that made a difference both for the Auto Depot team and our valued community members.
We Helped Hundreds of Sudbury Drivers Find Their Dream Car
It was an exciting year for cars, trucks and SUVs! Our team members had a blast showing our clients around the dealership, and helping them get behind the wheel of practical, affordable and fun vehicles. From super-sporty trucks, to sleek sedans for our Laurentian students, to luxurious family SUVs for cruising Northern Ontario, to hybrids and electric vehicles like Tesla, we truly had something for everyone this year! It’s always exciting to see these pre-owned rides find a new home, where they’ll continue to help our community members go about their day-to-day life in comfort and style. If you’re still looking for the perfect set of wheels, don’t forget to check out our inventory - we’re welcoming new stock to the lot every single week! We also introduced a fully online shopping experience this year amid the 2020 global pandemic, including contactless pickup services, to make it easier than ever for our customers to safely shop for a new vehicle from the comfort of their homes.
So what were some of our most popular vehicles this year? Big trucks remain extremely popular for work and play in Northern Ontario, including favourites like Chevrolet Silverado and RAM 1500. We also had plenty of folks who were happy to save big on high-end brands like BMW, and virtually all models from trustworthy brands like Hyundai and Mitsubishi continued to shine. Our lineup of vehicles priced at $15K or less are always popular among our customers, and there are fantastic deals to be found on these affordable and quality pre-owned vehicles. We Won the 2020 Sudbury Star’s Readers Choice Award
We’ve been fortunate enough to win the Sudbury Star’s Readers Choice Award for several years running, but 2020 was our most dedicated year ever. We swept a host of categories in the automotive genre, including Sudbury’s Favourite Auto Dealership for New and Used Cars. To give back to the community that’s given us so much, we also awarded a lucky Sudbury resident with a $1,000 cheque - simply for being a Readers Choice voter! We hosted countless other giveaways this year as well, including giving away an amazing Christmas basket in partnership with Canada General to a lucky Auto Depot Sudbury shopper. As our awards, community involvement initiatives and 5-star reviews continue to grow, we even added a virtual “trophy case” to our website, where we can proudly showcase all of our accomplishments.
